We have different Delivery Options available. You can pick these on checkout.
How does Delivery Service Work?
We use several different couriers for all our deliveries, you can rest assured that your order will arrive quickly and efficiently, and deliveries can appear anytime between 7am and 9pm. We currently only deliver to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland.
COVID-19 UPDATE
The safety of our warehouse staff is paramount. To help keep them as healthy and as safe as possible at this challenging time we are running two distinct teams so neither come into contact with the other. And whilst we’re running as many extra shift hours as possible, to ensure we’re also exercising all of the government distancing guidelines it is taking longer to process the orders.
STANDARD ORDERS
Standard Orders under £50 are £5.95 for P&P. Shipped via Royal Mail ‘Tracked’ service (please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from the date your order is received – which is the day after your order is placed) & no signature is required.
Standard Orders over £65 are FREE. These are also shipped via Royal Mail ‘Tracked’ service (please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from the date your order is received – which is the day after your order is placed) & no signature is required.
Parcels can be left with a neighbour or in a safe place if specifically instructed on the order but please note that by selecting this option you take responsibility for the parcel should it go missing following delivery.
EXPRESS ORDERS
Express Orders placed before noon will be delivered the NEXT WORKING day. [Please note orders placed on a Friday before noon will not be delivered until Monday]
Deliveries to remote locations (including highland or island addresses) can take up to 2 days longer. You can still choose to have your order delivered using our Express service. Express Orders cost an additional £6.00.
Orders under £50 at Express delivery – £5.95 plus £6 = £11.95
Orders over £50 at Express delivery – FREE plus £6.00= £6.00
Gift Wrapping
If sending as a gift we can send to a different address to the billing address and add a personalised message. You can add your message during checkout.
